Cancellation Policy

To ensure the highest quality of service and respect for everyone's schedule, please review our policy regarding appointments and program changes: 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as "no-shows," will be forfeited and charged at the full session rate. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to remain on track for subsequent clients. Refunds: Monthly packages and personalized plans are non-refundable once the program has commenced, though sessions may be paused in the event of a documented medical emergency per your trainers discression. We appreciate your commitment to your goals and your respect for our professional time.
